August Series - Baby & Me Yoga

Join LaTasha for her four week Baby and Me Yoga series! 

This series is all about connecting with your postpartum body and bonding with your baby. For babies, ranging in age from six weeks to pre-crawling.

Gentle stretching and movement can help with circulation, digestion, muscle development, and promote better sleep. This series of one-hour classes will allow you and your baby to bond and promote relaxation. Classes are casual and will include time to chat with other parents, meditation, breathing exercises, and beginner-friendly poses to do with your baby.

This space welcomes nursing, feeding, diaper changing, baby soothing, walking, bouncing and snacking.

Please bring your mat, blankets for baby, and anything else you feel you may need. All moods are welcome!

About the Instructor:

LaTasha (she/her) is a student midwife and yoga teacher. While birth called to her first it was yoga that she found first (or that found her first). She became a certified yoga teacher in 2019 and shortly after she became certified in prenatal and postpartum yoga. This is the path that led LaTasha to become a doula and it wasn’t long before midwifery felt like the next natural step and one she couldn’t deny. Recently, she’s been enjoying being able to integrate her passions and share them with her community.
