Prenatal Yoga

This is a small-group in-person prenatal yoga series. Prenatal yoga is a wonderful opportunity to slow down and make some mental space in the busyness of pregnancy, to connect with yourself and the new life within, and to ease the discomforts of your changing body. You will be in class with the same small group each week so we can build community and connect with one another along the pregnancy journey.

  • 4-week in-person series

  • Led by Claire Sandberg of Nurture and Nourish Yoga

  • All are welcome but class size is limited to 6 people

  • Masks required to keep each other safe

  • This is a class series so there are no drop-ins or pro-rating of single classes
